Listing supporters, and enabling individuals to register on line, and then updating key people on my committee for each different occasion – similar to a business transaction, this could work for notification to the bookkeeper, as well as parts person etc. Again, some of these features may seem to be no brainers, but you provided a menu of suggestions similar to a smorgasbord to choose from. Finally, your professionalism and calm must be noted – at times, our campaign volunteers wanted impossible turnaround updates and new features – and every time, you and your staff responded in record time. I often wondered if you had people working 24/7 as a suggestion was sent to you at 11pm and the next morning before 6am it was up and functional. This was consistent with requests at 8am being done before 10am the same day.
